ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM ADELAIDE , AUSTRALIA

We currently sell our products in the Australia, NZ, UK, US and Canada.

Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase.

Processing times
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders who opted for the Inkless Printing kit, we ship the kits within 1-3 business days.

Once we receive the prints from you, we aim to create a preview of your personalised artwork within 3-5 business days from when your prints are received. The preview will then be sent to your email. You can request unlimited revisions.

Once you approve your preview, we will print & hand-foil your artwork at our Adelaide studio. This process takes 1-3 business days.

Your print will be then shipped to your address in 1-3 business days

Your order may be subject to Custom import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country and may vary depending on the country's customs policies. Imprinted Forever is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend checking with the customs authorities in your country for more information. 

*Delivery times are quoted in business days for metro areas only and are estimates only. During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.

Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track your order with this tracking number direct via AUS POST  website. If you need any help with this, please email us at imprintedforeverau@gmail.com

• Business day means Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
• Delivery times are an estimate only. Excludes order processing times and may be affected by Australia Post and Customs delays.

SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Due to the large amount of orders we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order within 1-3 business days.  Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Adelaide (and Australian) public holidays when that may impact shipping time frames.
